Today was kinda a rude awakening for me as I realized that break is almost over. I get a call from a client as I’m getting in my car to go to wrestling practice this morning, he wants to schedule an appointment before I return to school on Tuesday, but it can’t be Monday and everyone assumes Sunday as a day of rest. Being Friday that does not leave a lot of time to work with. Keep in mind that I have wrestling and two house calls (on in La Porte the other in Munster) to make. Yeah… good times… My mom also has this feeling that the family is drifting apart… I’d say that we are busy doing our own things, and that actually in the end, we spend a lot of time together as a family. In fact, we’ve been nothing but family, family, family the entire break. We go to Mass as a family, we go to family parties, we have sit down dinners, we opened gifts together as a family, I didn’t go anywhere for New Years because we had New Year’s as a family. Anywho to get more ‘family’ in, she planned that everyone go to KV to watch the boys’ basketball game… well let’s say she isn’t too happy with me for scheduling some work to get some extra $ at that same time. As I asked for detailed plans, they were failed to be produced, so I have had plans. Tomorrow in fact, I have only but three hours to finish a computer network job at a client’s business due to the fact that we will be having dinner at 4pm at Portilos(sp?). ~ should be interesting making the time crunch.
