Hey everyone, I just wanted to tell you that I have gotten my first acceptance letter from Valporaiso University. I have gotten into their College of Engineering. I hope to study Computer Engineering, something that has sparked my interest since I started thinking about what I wanted to do.

I am still waiting for my application from Purdue University to come through as it is my first choice of the two schools, but it is nice to know that I have a place to go after high school. I’ve been told that Purdue notifies most of its applicants during the month of December, so we will see.

I thought you’d like to know what’s happening in terms of my college search.

Hey everyone,
It’s been a while since my last real post. Since the end of the football season for AHS, we lost 10 – 7 to Jimtown two weeks ago in the regional game, I’ve been getting into wrestling season. This past weekend was the season opener, the Lake Station Super duals. Although we didn’t perform well as a team, another wrestler on my team and myself went undefeated during the tourney.

I had 2 pins, 1 deciscion, and I received 2 forfeits. Last year was a similar  story. I left my final LS Super dual a defending champion in the 189 pound weight class.

I got a t-shirt, which I don’t think I’ll take off… haha.

Anywho, this week should be great. Two days of school, a wrestling meet on Wednesday against Hobart, and THANKSGIVING!!

Well, today is the day of the week where I run out of socks, shirts, and underwear. It is laundry day!

Thought the world might want to know!

Hello everyone,
It certainly has been a while since my last post. I’ve been busy doing what I’ve been doing for the last 4 months: school, football, and the rest of my life.

My desktop is not fairing well since I updated it to the newest Ubuntu release 9.10. Something is wrong with the graphics driver so I really don’t get to see much other than a black screen with a cursor…

So, I am ready to do my tasks I have outlined for myself today.

• Laundry
• Cleaning my vehicle
• English homework
• College applications
• Cleaning room
• Practicing Godspell music

Upon looking at this list, one may argue that my priorities are mixed up, but in fact they aren’t. They are cleverly scheduled around lunch and my nap. So here we go.
