Hey everyone,
Thanks for your concern and well-wishing. I’m having a pretty good time so far down here at Purdue.

I have 6 classes or so and my schedule is working out great.

The food is good, but I need to start working out… next week.

I applied for a job here at Advanced Computers and am waiting for a phone call. We’ll see… There was a sign in the window saying that he needed a computer tech, so I applied. We’ll see… won’t be the end of the world if I don’t get it, but it would definitely help out a bit with funds.

Pizza Hut fed BGR.

These are the left over pizza boxes left over from feeding BGR. I talked to some Engineering people and collected a super sweet water bottle. I’ve had a lot of pizza already… I’m kinda pizzaed out.

Having fun and meeting new friends and hanging out with some old ones.

Meijer Mania

BGR is what you make of it. I’ve met up with some old friends, not so old friends, and brand new friends. It’s been a great couple of days to get to know Purdue and I’m kinda excited for class to start.

Meijer Mania is a BGR activity where you are bused (or if you are lucky enough to have access to a car; drive) to Meijer on 26 and just go crazy with free stuff, buying essentials, or playing some of the games they had set up. This was a real fun thing – I was at Meijer from 10pm to about 12pm. Haha fun.
